My Get Patch Failed to Poor Broadband connection

So can anyone give me the patch rar file in your ryl folder to me? cause i cant get patch info. i'm stuck at it. Exclamation

or maybe some one can give me the client version. by following this C:\Program Files\(RYL INSTALLED DIRECTORY) and open version info using notepad and paste it in here T_T lasttime played for 1 min and server off so i restart the pc and forgot to save setting in norton go back
i have to reinstall and i cant get patch info Crying or Very sad
